Tell us how you picture the moment and we will handle the rest. Every activation is personalised to the concept, visual identity and décor of your event.
Conditions
Every activation is developed individually for each event, adapted to the concept, visual identity and décor of the wedding.
Set-up and take-down of the activations are included in the service, provided they take place within the times agreed in advance. The client must ensure the installation area meets the necessary access and operating conditions, notifying us in advance of any logistical constraint that could affect the set-up.
The date is only considered booked once the service has been formally awarded and the agreed deposit paid; availability remains subject to confirmation until then.
Unless the couple states otherwise, the company may use photographs of the activations for communication and portfolio purposes, undertaking to respect the privacy of clients and guests.
The company reserves the right to make occasional adjustments to the activations in cases of force majeure, unavailability of materials or other circumstances beyond its control, ensuring wherever possible an equivalent solution of identical quality.
For activations held outdoors, a covered alternative must be available in case of adverse weather. The company reserves the right to adapt or suspend the activation whenever the safety of guests, crew or equipment is at risk.
All furniture, structures and other equipment provided remain the property of the company; the client is responsible for damage arising from misuse, negligence or acts by third parties during the event.
The prices quoted do not include travel to events outside the company’s usual operating area. Where applicable, the corresponding transport and logistics costs will be shown in the quote.
The number of bottles in each pack is based on an average consumption estimate for the stated guest count. Should the client want a longer service or higher consumption than expected, a bespoke proposal will be prepared to reinforce the service.
The number of hostesses included varies with the pack chosen and the size of the event. Whenever we consider it necessary to guarantee service quality, we may recommend reinforcing the team, subject to the client’s approval.
